You can request deletion of your CommentCatch data at any time. CommentCatch is operated by The Melton Company, LLC.
1. Email a deletion request
Email meltonmarketingagency@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my data”. Use the email address associated with your account and include your workspace name. We delete all your CommentCatch data within 30 days of your request. We may need to verify your identity to protect your information.
2. Remove CommentCatch on Facebook
In Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations → CommentCatch → Remove.
Removing the app revokes its Facebook access and stops connected Page automations when Facebook notifies CommentCatch. This does not delete all stored workspace data; email us to request full deletion.
3. Disconnect Pages or close your account
Workspace Owners can disconnect a Facebook Page in their workspace’s Connections tab. To delete your account and its stored data, email meltonmarketingagency@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my data”. Account deletion is currently handled by support, not by a button in Settings.
