The Melton Company, LLC operates CommentCatch at getcommentcatch.com. This policy explains how we handle information when you use our service.
What we collect
- Account information, including your name, email address, and business name.
- Billing information needed to manage your subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card numbers.
- Connected Facebook Page and Instagram account IDs and access tokens, and comments and messages on posts you choose to track. This can include a commenter’s public name and profile ID.
- Lead information people voluntarily submit through call-to-action forms, such as their name, email address, and phone number.
- Basic usage and cookie data used to operate and improve the service.
How we use information
- To send the automated replies and direct messages you set up.
- To build your lead list and workspace dashboard.
- To send follow-up emails only to leads who have opted in.
- To manage billing, provide support, and improve CommentCatch.
Facebook and Instagram data
We use Facebook and Instagram data only to provide features you turn on. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising. Our use of Meta data follows Meta Platform Terms.
When we share information
We share information only with service providers supporting CommentCatch, including Lovable Cloud for hosting, Stripe for payments, and Resend for email, or when required by law. We never sell personal data.
Your leads and workspace
Each customer owns their own leads. Customer information stays separated by workspace. Agency access is controlled by the workspace Owner.
Retention
We keep information while your account is active. You can disconnect connected accounts and request deletion of your data at any time. Data covered by a deletion request is deleted within 30 days of the request.
Data deletion
To request deletion of all your data, email meltonmarketingagency@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my data” from the email address associated with your account. Identify your workspace. We delete your data within 30 days of the request and may need to verify your identity before carrying it out.
You can also remove CommentCatch on Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations → CommentCatch → Remove. Removing the app disconnects its Facebook access. For deletion of all stored CommentCatch data, send us a deletion request by email.

Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access. No online service can guarantee complete security. Keep your account credentials private and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Children
CommentCatch is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us so we can address it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our service changes. We will post the updated policy here and change the “Last updated” date.
